Passionate, hard-working and creative, our students wake up each morning with the hope of playing a part in building a better world. Each year, the Chair selects some 25 participants spanning close to 10 nationalities. In addition to PhDs in life sciences, medical students and pharmacists, we welcome engineers, law school students, economists and other humanities graduates. They come from various ESSEC programs including master in management, MBAs, doctoral programs, specialized master programs, as well as university exchange programs.
Today, close to 300 graduates work in some 15 countries cross the world. Two years after graduating, half of them work outside of Europe, mainly in biotech, medtech and pharmaceutical companies. They hold positions in public affairs, market access, international marketing, project management, business development, finance, internal audit and sustainable development. Others work for hospital groups, consulting firms, investment funds, NGOs, create their own company or join international organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations or ministries of health.
